Main Street Bagel Factory was founded in 2017 by Peter Muratoglu. It was an old Salvation Army building on the brink of falling apart. Peter decided to purchase and develop the 4-storefront building in 2016. After an extensive renovation, completed in early 2017, he decided to open Main Street Bagel Factory.
Since then, Peter and his team members provide exceptional NY style bagels and baked goods to Hudson and its’ neighboring communities.
