Who we are
Main Street Bagel Factory was founded in 2017 by Peter Muratoglu. It was an old Salvation Army building on the brinks of falling apart. Peter decided to purchase and develop the 4-storefront building in 2016. After an extensive renovation, completed in early 2017, he decided to open Main Street Bagel Factory.
Since then, Peter and his team members provide exceptional NY style bagels and baked goods to Hudson and its’ neighboring communities. Always made fresh. Always made daily.
Peter Muratoglu
Peter Muratoglu, the founder and owner Of Main Street Bagel Factory, emigrated to the United States in the late 80’s from Greece. He began his career in the pizza business in Cambridge MA. This is where he gained operational and management skills in the food and beverage business. Peters’ strong passion and unprecedented work ethic lead to the opening of numerous doughnut and coffee shops of his own in greater Boston circa 1995. He continued to grow and expand within this business.
In 2017, Peter found a building in historic Hudson and decided to expand his passion for baked goods & coffee. On August 1st 2017 Main Street Bagel Factory was born! He and his team proudly serve what are known as the best bagels around. His desire for perfection and excellent customer service is second to none.
Peter is a proud husband and father of over 25 years! Peter has said he will keep bringing quality product and excellent service to Hudson forever.
